  Again I will take this opportunity to plug Bill Cooke.  I've dealt
with him extensively, and he's a great guy.  If you give him a shot at
your business, he will make you an excellent deal.  And his office is
right around the corner from my mom's place in Terasure Island, and
just a few miles from my new house! :-)
