[SunRescue] qfe on LX, Classic, or IPX?

I had an official word from Sun that they did not support the QFE on a SS4, 
but would on a SS5.  I imagine it would have to do with the motherboard 
design more than anything, but could have CPU considerations as well (e.g. 
probably not work on an IPX or that genre of CPU).
