[SunRescue] Leasing Employees

sounds like the consulting company I worked for until
last year. They were great at one time, quarterly
performance bonuses, true overtime, really decent
training both inhouse at night and off-site at
vendors. They even boasted that "no one in the ten
year history of the company had ever been laid off".
Then one Monday while I was on the bench they showed
me the door - their justification was a down turn in
business. What really happened is that they decided
to buy another company and they let go all the folks
who had worked their way up in senority and had decent
salaries and almost vested 401ks etc.
(heh didn't we do the ex-employer rant and rave a few
months ago - <grin>)
