Well, of the five I've dealt with in the last year, I've only ever
*needed* to try out the customer service of one of them -- and they
fixed the problem immediately (again, in the case of a misquote of price
-- granted, not to an order of magnitude -- where the price they quoted
me was less than it should have been).
