So, then the question is, which is faster, a single proc U2, or a quad
proc SS10.  Actually, the real question is which is more fun.  I have a
dual proc P2-350.  A single proc p3-700 would have cost about the same,
and it would be faster (especially for SSE enabled software systems), but
still, the dual procs are infinately more fun.

In my case, however, I still have a good upgrade path for this machine
(can take it to dual 800s), and a quad ss10 would have no upgrade path.

Anyway, we wouldn't be on this list if we just wanted the cheapest,
fastest machines.
