I think it is just the reverse of that

You can check it with a 10000 ohms/volt meter, or an fet or vtvm meter.
It should indicate at least some voltage still.  Mine had about 0.05v
on it, or just enough to kick the meter a bit.

The triangle closest to pin 12 is ground, and the other +3.xx volts.
