Hi guys, 

It's taken me a few days to get around to it, but here's the first part of
the information for a 4/330 boot monitor.

Those of you have PROM rev 4.1.1 (as in my other machine) will find that
those roms lack the [h]elp command.

These are the lists of valid commands. I'll try to dig out the eeprom
configuration information next & post that seperately.

     Resume execution  of an interrupted program  at address  'virtual_address'
     or, at the address specified in the program counter.

   g [hex_vector_number/virtual_address[string_argument]]
     Go to a  pre-determined  or  default  routine, passing optional arguments
     'hex_vector_number'  and  'string_argument'  or,  go to a  user-specified
     routine, passing optional argument 'string_argument'.  (See "g/w" below.)

   w [hex_number[string_argument]]
     Vector to  a  pre-determined  or  default routine,  passing the  optional
     arguments 'hex_number' and 'string_argument'. (See "g/w" below.)

   g/w  The default routine  simply prints the user-specified number  according
        to  the user-specified format before  returning to the monitor.  Before
        breaking into the monitor,  pre-determined routines  must be  set up by
        the user program.  These routines may or may not return to the monitor.

     Display registers.  'df',  'dg',  'ds'  and 'dw`window_identifier`' will
     print the Floating Point, Global, Special and window 'window_identifier'
     registers, respectively. Legal values for 'window_identifier' are '0' to
     "number_of_windows"-1 and 'c', where 'c' represents the previous window.
     'd`window_number`' will display the Floating Point, Global, Special  and
     window 'window_number'  registers.  Legal values for 'window_number' are
     '0' to "number_of_windows"-1.
   r [f/g/s/w[window_number]/reg_number]
     [[nonhex_char [hex_value]/hex_value] ...]
     Display and/or modify  the content of one or more registers.  If argument
     'f', 'g' or 's' is provided, the first  Floating Point, Global or Special
     register, respectively,  will be  displayed  first.  If argument 'w'  and
     argument 'window_number' are provided, the first 'in' register within the
     user-specified window will be displayed first.  If no 'window_number'  is
     specified,  the previous window's registers will be displayed.   Finally,
     if optional argument 'reg_number'  ('0', ..., "number_of_registers"-1) is
