   Yes. You can see a picture of one in use at
http://www.siliconsamsara.org/PrinterHappy/page2.html. Since I have so many
power cords sitting around, I modified one for measuring by stripping off
the outer insulation to provide access to the three conductors (still in
their own individual insulation).
