Registered is also known as Buffered, not all chipsets can deal with it,
but some require it, and it improves stability with more than one
dimm.  The problems with it are 1. it's a bit slower, and 2. it's more
expensive.  Cl2 vs Cl3 is the Cas latency, and it affects speed.  Cl2 is
good for about a 5% or less speed boost in memory bandwith.
