  Eh?  How much of NetBSD's SMP stuff came from FreeBSD?  I'd bet little
to none, though I admit I don't know for sure.  FreeBSD's SMP code
isn't extremely portable from what I've seen, and NetBSD is already
running stable SMP on three platforms and will need SMP support on
half a dozen more, so portability is a big issue.
