[SunRescue] HP B-Series Monitor Connection?

I'm looking into getting a HP B132L or similar workstation but I looked 
at the ports on the back and the monitor is something proprietary. See:

Is there an adapter to use this with a regular monitor or do I have to 
get a HP monitor also? Also, how are the B-Series machines? Should I 
save up and get something like a C110 instead?
