[rescue] 4.1.1_U1 procedure

After banging my head against the keyboard, I thought I'd toss this
out with the hope it ends up in a FAQ somewhere.

I was trying to apply the 4.1.1_U1 patch, which I did ages ago
but I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong.  I had untarred
the second file on the tape and manually ran install_unbundled.
It kept crapping out, and I started to try all kinds of hacks
to get it to run.

No no... It's much simpler than that:

% extract_unbundled

which automatically sets the necessary evnironment variables and
runs install_unbundled.  Doh!
