[rescue] Web hosting recos?

Can anyone recommend a web hosting company?  At my day job, we've got our
domain name parked with a web hosting company that appears to have gone
into receivership.

Things I'd like to see:
   Unix/Linux/BSD hosts, not MS/IIS
   Shell access
   Handful of POP accounts
   50 MB storage would be plenty
   Perl CGI access
   Anonymous FTP would be a nice bonus
   Cheap!  (They're used to paying ~$15/month)
