Hola!

Anybody have a clue what this card is? 
Sbus card 

Bar coded - 5011931020013

additional sticker next to the bar code - -02REV 50

another sticker - CLASS B. FCC ID: GWVSPIF DOC CLASS B

etched into the pcb - 270-1511-05 REV 50

One large Cirrus Logic chip, one small one, assorted others. What looks
like two rows of 7 SCSI terminators, though I don't think they are.

It's got a long thin connector that looks like some sort of centronics
but smaller.

Ideas? Any other info I could use to identify this thing?
