[rescue] Looking for old copy of OSF/1 (or early DIGITAL Unix)

Hi! I am looking for a copy of DEC OSF/1 (Digital Unix 3.x or 4.x). I want
to revive one of my DEC 3000 600's since I have the nifty PMAG-E 24bit 3d
frame buffers.

So if any of you have an old copy and wants to trade it for some RAM for
the 3000 machines, let me know. I don't need an original copy either :).

Any info will be welcome!!!!
