Those were problems with folks who had x.com banking accounts... it now
seems that x.com is urging paypal folks to open bank accounts with them
once again.

*nod* that's the nice thing about the paypal account-- it becomes a 
seperate set of assets free of your bank account used solely for e-bay
addiction :)
