they run about ten percent complaints. that's horrible. most sellers run 
well less than one percent - i'd say the majority have none at all. 
basically they auction stuff they don't have in stock yet, and they drag 
their feet shipping items. i probably shouldn't say "they", since i think 
it's just one guy. 

he often writes snide responses to the complaints as well - real "customer 
oriented" attitude there....
