I would say yes.  With 224MB of RAM you have more than enough to soak up
any increase in OS footprint, and if you're not running X/CDE the biggest
Solaris memory-suck is gone right off the bat.  You can always leave
OpenBSD on there and switch back and forth to see what you like.
