If it came from Solingen, it's *GOOD* stuff.  Henckels has several
levels.  I have a couple examples of their less expensive lines.
Good knives, but not like the 4-star/5-star.  I think debating the
merits of Wusthof/Henckels/Schaaf amounts to a religious war if you're
talking top end.  They're all excellent.
