Hey all-

I've got an HP 9000 C240 workstation that I don't have the video->hd15
adapter for this workstation (though I do have it for a c180, but
the tag w/ the part number is gone). The port looks like a DVI
port. Can I just use a generic DVI<->hd15 adapter for this or do I
need to fork out for the over-priced HP part? If so, what's the
part number?

Also, I have a couple Indy's that's have been laying around for a
while. I can't get video on them either. I've tried an older and a
newer multi-sync Sun 13w3 monitors, as well as a good multi-sync
trinitron hd15 monitor w/ 13w3 adapter. I'm guessing the problem is
the Indy's are sync-on-green. What do I need to get video on these
machines as well (preferably w/ my spare hd15 multi-sync)?

TIA!
