[rescue] Building gcc

Hokay...

So I've seen you all recommending that it's best to grab gcc from
sunfreeware, and use it to build the gcc you'll be using to build
everything else. I grok.

So are there recommended switches to use when building gcc? if so, care
to share? If not, what's the point?
