[rescue] Viper 150 reading QIC24?

The cartridge label indicates:

SunOS 4.1.1 Sun-4 SUNBIN
and OpenWindows Version 2
1/4" Tape (boot format, QIC-24), 1 of 2
Part Number: 700-2721-10 Rev. A

It is dated 11-01-90

I also have another pair of tapes in the set:

4.1 SunOS Sun-4 SUNBIN
1/4" Tape (boot format, QIC24), 1 of 2
part Number: 700-1879-14 Rev. A

I don't see a date on these.

I have tried booting both tapes on both 4c and 4m systems.

Thanks very much - that does make sense. And thank you for the offer! I
think for now I'll just look locally for a QIC24 drive. There must be one
in a surplus/junk store somewhere around here.
