[rescue] Dead Power Supply- SS10

Had this happen with an SS20 and saw someone else recently on the list
with the same trouble. Three suggestions:

1) Pull the power connector off the mb and see if the PS works on its
own.
2) Make sure the memory is seated properly (see last few days' posts!)
3) Replace the power cord and wiggle bothe ends of it (last resort!).
