[rescue] KVMs, high-res video, and ghosting

That is very true. The PC-style graphics hard had long ago hit this
problem, if it wheren't for the lucky circumstance, that you can get
away with a little "impedance problem" at the very beginning or the
very end of the cable. As long as the graphics chip is close enough
(ca 5 cm) to the HD15, ghosting is not really a problem.

But as soon as you have a HD15 in the middle of the cable, you will
without any doubt get ghosting. This is why neither monitor switches
nor "extension cords" work well.
