I don't know about the originator of the response, but I'd vote for all of
the above.  They have non-standard sized power supplies too which tend to
give out after 6 months... at least they did for a while, and they wanted
to charge more than the price of the machine to replace it... they really
suck... not to mention that pathetic copy of the iMac... not a single bit
of originality about it.
