[rescue] Retorical question: Anyone given "novices" Sun boxes todisplace Win systems?

Thanks, I bookmarked the site for future use, but I have a fundamental
problem with eMachines hardware... I have seen "new" HP desktops for $350 at
places like www.tigerdirect.com with nice specs & warranty, and I'm leaning
that direction...

The iPaq machines look nice, but at $300-$350, the HP systems look better to
me...

Actually, maybe a Thinknic box is in order - but I am concerned about
webmail only (no local hd)...
