The 1000 had no expansion slots except for the kickstart RAM expansion under
the front cover of the machine and the "sidecar" port on the side.  NO internal
expansion slots.  I had one as my main machine for 2 years.  2000 was the
first box with ISA/zorro slots.

I *know* nobody has gotten a Toaster running with an A1000.
