Heh. I used to keep a 5+1/4" FH drive in my desk drawer just *waiting* for
the luser to call and tell me that *my* server was broken. Then I could
transfer them to the phone in the machine room and utter the following:

"Why yes.. I've found the problem."
*CLUNK*.
"The mail server has crashed."
*CLICK*.
</excited>
