Oh dude, breakfast for dinner so rocks.

I think there may actually be a scientific reason too, regarding the
composition of various grains and how they interact with our biochemistry
during digestion vs. the general trend that many dinners tend to focus on
protein(this is aside from the carbohydrate vs. protein issue prior to REM
sleep).
