that'll only get you and approximation.  The 302 isn't exactly a 5.0
liter engine.  If you go by the bore and stroke it actually rounds to
4.9 liters, if I recall correctly.

1 liter is equal to 61.02 cubic inches, or 1 cubic inch is equal to
.016387064 liters, or 3.3246 teaspoons :-)  This is by my TI85.    

Interesting enough the Buick 3.8liter/231 cubic inch engine is also
equal to a gallon of displacement :-)
