I disagree with this term, Felony Unstable would be appropriate for
structures falling on and killing unrelated passers-by, not products which
kill/maim those persons who fail to follow instructions.

I think if this were correctly stated, the last line of the sum should be
+ driver_stupidity
in which case the answer is perfectly acceptable to me...
Poetic Justice at it's best, Darwin at it's finest.

3 Wheel ATV's were not unacceptably dangerous to people with a little common
sense. At the 12-15 years old range, my friends and I bombed all over
creation on these things, Mostly Honda Big Reds and 185's. there were a
dozen or so of us in the neighborhood (10 sq Miles in Rural Alaska,) and
aside from minor bumps and bruises, none of us were ever seriously hurt. at
this age, we were not the smartest of peope, or the most careful, but we
followed some basic common sense and everything came out just fine.

Sad, very sad. Interfering with nature's natural method of removing the
garbage from the Gene Pool.
If we keep coddling the fatally stupid, soon the whole human race will be a
bunch of drooling idiots!
