[rescue] OT: DEC 3000 Rescue

The 3000/xxx is *supposed* to fail over to serial if there's no detection
of the keboard/mouse, however, it doesn't necessarily do so gracefully.  I
have one 3000/300's that didn't behave properly, because the SCC (Serial)
POST test would fail (looking for the kbd/mouse) and the system would
fail to auto-boot.  Manual boot from then on worked fine.  Setting the
Alternate Console Jumper made no difference (though it's supposed to)

However, if you want to run it headless, you should try (IIRC):

	>> set server 1

Which fixed the misbehaving 3000/300 i had, and seemed to work on another
3000/400 i had, too.
