Note to self;  Paul is going to order an `alarm' line instead of a leased
line the next, and run his own CPE.

Trouble is, the small ISP I run the UNIX side of has 128Kb, and I have cable
at home;  it kinda defeats the point;  bar being able to allocate myself
a /28 for home use...
