[rescue] FREE STUFF in Austin, TX

The design I am thinking of was a tiny-BASIC,
multi-user system that was about 4-6" square, about 5
or 6 chips, and relied on software (in ROM) to
multi-task.

A real neat hack, but compatible with nothing, but
useful for several I/O experiments...
