I received my shiny new(ish) Ultra 30 today and have a problem with it - it won't turn on. At all. No lights, no fans, no disk spinup, nothing. Do I have to do something special to get these things to turn on like hold power for half a minute while patting the Sun and saying sweet things? Is a bad power supply the likely culprit? Thanks Mike
