Search on SunStore for #370-3171. It's $165 list, cat H discount if you
get any, ships within 16 days. It says "Platforms Sun Ultra 1, 2, 5, 10,
30, 60, and Ultra Enterprise 2 " so if you have a spare one of those
around (and if this is actually accurate) it might work.

It's fairly common memory, especially affordable in the lower sizes and
painful in larger. 32MB sticks came in the first U5s and as you upgrade,
they become less usable. The Sun Ultra 10 should max at 1024MB if you have
4 256MB dimms (and if my memory is as unclouded as I seem to remember it
being).

This is pretty much the same memory as used in some Pentium Pro server
boards (Intel Providence PR440FX, Micronics W6Li). Or at least you can use
this memory in those boards (I have a PR440FX running behind me with 4
64MB dimms pulled from upgraded U5s).
