[rescue] What is a good terminal?

That is the standard DEC placement.....(:+}}... you get used to it if
you plunk along on a lot of VAXentoyz.  There may be a setting that
controls which is the esc key.  The DEC terminals have them.  I was
thinking the Wyse did too.
