[rescue] Deloreans...

hrmm.... afaik ford never made a wet-cylinder, nay any aluminum V6 until
lately. The only ford 2.8 V6 was the german Cologne engine, cast iron.

I do remember though the PRV engine was wet-cylinder, had a tendency to
expand cylinder liners into the passages, gaining clearance and blowing by.

Delorean would have been much better off using the then-ubiquitous 215CI
buick/rover aluminum V8.....
