I should stress *electronically* similar.  The cases are very likely
totally different.  Especially after looking at the pictures you posted...

Umm... Nope, 'prolly won't work.  The back panel would need serious
hacking go get the connectors to fit.

And *then* there's probably no place to put a PCI riser card to be able to
use the PCI slots... unless you want to seriously hack up the case.

It's the same cache module as on a 5400 (and 4400 and ...) and it *looks*
like it'll fit in the 5260.  Just like the 25 pin SCSI port on the back of
your Mac looks like a parallel port :)
