Maryland has some odd rules on the subject of that. For example, it is not a
statutory rape if the persons in question are within 2 years of each other. In
other words a 15 and 17 yo could do the nasty and get away with it. or a 17
and a 19 yo could. otherwise, if you are over 19 don't get caught here fooling
with jail bait.
