  Yup, it is a great rate.  That's why I don't complain about it.  When
I lived up in NJ (Trenton/Princeton area) the rate was $0.12/KWH.
This was back in 1990 or so.  I was running two MicroVAX-IIs, one with
a Fuji Eagle and one with a pair of bigger (14") 170mb SMDs.  And my
old Zilog System/8000, which I dearly miss.  It was a pretty painful
electric bill.
