[SunRescue] Target ID of sun 150mb tape drive?

In the mooU Friday Funzies Surplus Diving Pit Feeding Frenzy, this week,
I picked up a sun 411 box with a 150mb archive tape drive in it (sun type
with the round knobs).  On solaris 8, is the default target ID 4 or 5?
I am expecting it to be 4, but, thought I would check to be sure.
