[SunRescue] looking for 300mhz CPU

A few months ago, I rescued an Axil Ultima 1 with a 170mhz Ultrasparc 
processor.  From what I understand this is roughly an Ultra 1 clone.  The 
processor is apparently upgradable like an Ultra 2.

I'd like to find a faster CPU that (of course) I can afford.  If anyone 
knows of a relatively inexpensive source of Ultra 2 processors at 300 mhz, 
please let me know.
