One of the worst moments of my life...

Fitting a new kitchen, lots of cardboard boxes thrown out on the back lawn.
Stomping them all flat, get to the one that the sink came in. "Seems a bit
lumpy" (now stood with both feet on the box), look down to see a cream tail
sticking out of the slightly open end.... Jump off, exit Helen, cream tabby
cat stage left at high speed. Never made a sound. She came back around 12
hours later, no injuries, confirmed by the vet. The claw marks on the inside
of the box had to be seen to be believed...
