Could it be this?

Is there any other marking on it? Manufacturer? I'm assuming it's
non-Sun. If it is a Ross/Bridgeport/Cypress module a '6224' (or a 6324)
means a single cpu module. The '55' starting the '55 03 9xxx -xx Rev X
xxx' sequence means a 55Mhz cpu. Sounds like it was originally intended
to upgrade a SparcServer 600MP (maybe a SparcStation 10/20?).
