IIRC, yes.  Is it right IMO? Nope.  Many customers who had cancelled had
troubles, just the accounting depts can be screwed up to the point that
they don't cancel the proper accounts, don't keep track of the ones they
do have, and try billing old customers.  If they get called up about it,
they make the proper changes, but it still leaves a bad taste in
people's mouths.
