Try sparcbook at sunhelp.org (you'll have to sign up for the maillist first)...

There are some folks with "spare" 2.5" drives after upgrading their
SPARCbooks, also there is a FAQ that points to a vendor selling 2.5"
SCSI/IDE drives that are 6.4 Gig for $400... It is an IDE drive with a
converter card...
