Happy Birthday, Bill.

I started with a Timex-Sinclair in '82 or so, moved into the world of
Atari with an 800. 48K of RAM, hooa! Then moved up to an Atari
1040ST; sold it, bought an 80286 with EGA, sold it, bought an Amiga
500. I forayed briefly into rescuing old CPM machines in the 84-85
timeframe, refurbing garage-sale specials and reselling to local
charities and churches for their offices. I personally stayed with
the Amiga through the 3000 (sold a car to buy one!) with occasional
side-trips into the Apple // arena. At one point, I had six running
Apple //s in the house.
Got out of the Amiga into the PC/Linux zone in '93 or so, and spent a
lot of time with that. We used SS20s at work, and I swore that one
day I would own one...
The second thing I bought when I got out of the AF was an SS20. I am
now the proud owner of several PCs running FreeBSD, a couple of DEC
Alphas, the SS20, and an Ultra 10. I am 41 years old, and finally
have almost enough toys.
Unfortunately, until very recently I haven't been precisely rescuing
things, but spending the cold, hard stuff for all of them.
Fortunately, my wife noticed the large salary increases attendant on
such investments, and does not object at all.

Which brings me to an ObSunRescue question-Anyone have or seen any
good prices on a PCI SCSI board for the Ultra10?
