SS10 usually uses cheaper 80ns RAM:

501-1785    16Mb
501-2273    16Mb
501-1930    64Mb

seems a bit of a waste using the faster stuff, but it should work
apart from the 32Mb which I suspect the SS10 can't handle 
although I don't know for certain.
