No. Paging is implemented as function of the kernel. All other
programs will only see virtual memory, but the kernel only
sees physical memory. And he needs physical memory.
If you have a non-monolithic kernel (Mach for example), then
*parts* of the kernel can make use of virtual memory.
Question: What would happen, if the page containing the
page-fault interrupt routine would be swapped out ;-)
